Swaffham is undoubtedly a nice place, and during the Summer holidays I am sure that there are a lot of people that think so, though like me I should think that some will think it a bit remote.

Set in the middle of rural Norfolk, it is not somewhere that you would automatically connect with the white heat of technological revolution, because it’s not.

As I had been condemned to drive up there for a week while one of my sons did a rugby course, I was overjoyed to discover that, that much derided burger chain McDonalds had installed free wireless access points in their burger bars.
